An advisory built around operators, not career consultants
Sonortix was founded in 2019 by practitioners who had run operations inside large employers and were tired of recommendations that could not survive contact with a shift rota. We are small by design: senior people, short engagements, no bench to feed.

Sonortix Consulting LLC was founded in 2019 by four practitioners who had spent their careers running operations inside large employers. We started the firm for a simple reason: the advice we received as operators was frequently well written and structurally useless, because it had never been tested against a shift rota, a union agreement or a system that only one person understood.
How we are built
We are fourteen people, all senior. There is no analyst pyramid, no bench to keep utilised, and no incentive to extend an engagement for its own sake. When we need a skill we do not have, we bring in a named specialist for a defined piece of work rather than hiring and reselling them. That keeps the firm small and, we think, keeps us honest.
Roughly a third of our people came from clinical operations, a third from industrial and logistics operations, and a third from financial services and professional services. Every partner has run a team, a budget and a difficult quarter. It is the reason our recommendations tend to survive contact with reality.
Senior-only delivery
The person who scopes your work is the person who delivers it. No handoff to a delivery team you have never met.
Evidence before opinion
We baseline before we recommend. If the data contradicts our hypothesis, the hypothesis loses.
Honest boundaries
We decline work outside our sector knowledge and we say when a problem is not ours to solve.
Corporate details
Sonortix Consulting LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. Our head office is in Austin, Texas, and our consulting work is delivered remotely across the United States, with on-site sessions where a client prefers them. Our website is hosted on infrastructure located in the United States. Our registered agent details are on file in Delaware and available to counterparties on request.
We carry professional indemnity and general liability insurance. Certificates are provided during procurement on request. We do not claim certifications or accreditations we do not hold, and we will tell you plainly if a procurement questionnaire asks for one.
How we work with clients
We work in small teams, usually a partner and one analyst, which keeps overhead low and decisions fast. Clients deal with the partner directly, and there is no account layer between the person who scoped the work and the person who does it. We think that structure is the single biggest reason our recommendations get implemented: the person defending the idea is the person who found the evidence, and they are still in the room when the hard questions arrive.
We do not use subcontractors for client work without naming them in advance, and we do not offshore analysis. Where we bring in a specialist, they are named, priced transparently and subject to the same confidentiality terms as our own people. Clients have never objected to that arrangement, and it means the person giving you the answer is accountable for it.
