Talk to a partner, not a queue
Inquiries reach a named partner within one business day. We answer scoping questions directly, tell you honestly whether the work fits us, and where it does not we will point you somewhere more suitable.

Inquiries reach a named partner within one business day, and the first conversation is a thirty-minute scoping call rather than a sales pitch. If we are not the right firm for the problem, we will say so on that call and, where we can, point you toward someone better suited.

This form is part of a static demonstration site. It does not send your details anywhere, and nothing is stored on a server.
How we handle inquiries
We reply to every substantive inquiry, including ones we decline. Inquiries are logged in our customer relationship system, which holds contact details and the substance of the conversation, and are retained for two years from last contact unless you ask us to delete them earlier. We do not add inquiry contacts to marketing lists without an explicit opt-in, and we do not sell or share inquiry data with third parties for their own marketing.
If your message concerns a privacy request, a legal notice, or an accessibility issue, it reaches the relevant lead directly and is tracked to closure. Requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act or GDPR are answered within the statutory timeframes described in our privacy policy.
What to include in your message
An inquiry reaches a partner faster and gets a more useful reply when it includes three things: the outcome you are trying to change, the size of the organisation or unit involved, and any deadline that matters to you. You do not need to write a brief, and you do not need to have a budget figure ready. A short paragraph is usually enough for us to tell whether a scoping call would be worthwhile.
If your message concerns an existing engagement, mention the engagement name or the sponsor's name so it reaches the right partner rather than sitting in a general inbox. For procurement, legal or privacy matters, use the direct address listed above; those routes are monitored separately and tracked to closure.
What happens after you write
We read every substantive inquiry and reply within one business day, including where the answer is that we are not the right firm for the work. If a scoping call is the right next step, we will propose two or three times over the following week, and we will send a short agenda in advance so the call is useful rather than introductory. You will not be added to a marketing list, and we will not pass your details to any third party for their own marketing.
