Accessibility statement

Sonortix Consulting LLC is committed to making sonortix.bond usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification, high-contrast settings or reduced-motion preferences. This statement explains the standard we work to, the features we have built in, and how to tell us when we fall short. It was reviewed on 15 September 2026.

Our commitment and standard

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we design this site with the intent that it is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. We also recognise our obligations not to discriminate against people with disabilities in the provision of our services, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state law. Accessibility is treated as a requirement of the product, not an optional enhancement, and it is reviewed as part of any site change rather than audited once and forgotten.

What we have built in

Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order and landmark elements, so screen readers can navigate by region. Descriptive alternative text on every meaningful image, with decorative elements hidden from assistive technology. A minimum colour-contrast approach designed to meet or exceed a 4.5:1 ratio for body text against its background. Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus style on interactive elements and no keyboard traps. Text that can be zoomed to two hundred percent without loss of content or function. A responsive layout that reflows down to narrow viewports, including a horizontally scrollable navigation rail rather than a hidden drawer. Motion that is limited and non-essential, so no animation is required to understand content. Forms with properly associated labels, logical tab order and instructions that do not rely on colour alone.

Known limitations

We are honest about where we are not yet perfect. The navigation rail presents a compact visual sparkline as a decorative element; it carries no information without the adjacent text label, and we have verified that the label alone conveys everything needed. Some older article pages in our resource library may not yet meet the same standard as the main pages and are being brought into line on a rolling basis. If you encounter a limitation not listed here, we would like to hear about it.

Assistive technology testing

We test with current versions of common screen readers and browsers, and with keyboard-only navigation. We also review the site at two hundred percent zoom, in high-contrast mode and with reduced-motion preference enabled. Testing is performed by our own team and supplemented by feedback from users; we do not claim formal third-party certification, and we will correct any statement here that implies a certification we do not hold.

Accessible service delivery

Accessibility is not limited to the website. Where we deliver workshops, presentations or documents to clients, we provide accessible formats on request, including properly structured documents, alternative text on images, and materials that do not rely on colour alone. If you need an accommodation to participate in a scoping call, workshop or interview, tell us in advance and we will arrange it without requiring you to disclose more than is necessary.

It helps if you tell us the page, the device or assistive technology you were using, and what you expected to happen. We aim to acknowledge feedback within one business day and to provide a substantive response or a workaround within ten business days, with a remedy timeline where a fix is required. We will not ask you to pay any cost associated with making this site accessible to you. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may ask for the matter to be escalated to a partner, and we will provide a further response within ten business days.

Enforcement and further steps

This statement is reviewed at least annually and whenever we make a significant change to the site. The current version is effective 15 September 2026. We keep a register of accessibility issues, prioritised by impact on users, and we will update this statement when material changes are made.
