Fixed-scope programs with published timelines
Some problems are specific enough to be solved with a repeatable programme. These four have run enough times that we can publish the scope, the duration and the price band up front. Where a programme is not a fit we say so during the scoping call.

Four of our offers have run often enough to be productised. Each has a published scope, a fixed duration and a fee band, which means a sponsor can approve one without a lengthy procurement cycle. Productising them also keeps us honest: when a programme's scope is written down, it is much harder to let it quietly expand.
30-day productivity audit
A rapid, data-led baseline of one business unit. Twelve metrics, a written method note and a re-measurement plan.
Manager coach series
Six ninety-minute sessions for up to twenty front-line managers, plus a one-page toolkit and a follow-up pulse at day ninety.
Meeting load reset
A focused intervention on calendar debt: inventory, cost the meetings, remove the ones that cannot justify their existence, and rebuild the weekly rhythm.
Capacity sprint
Eight weeks inside a single function, targeting one measured constraint and carrying it through pilot to handover.
Choosing between them
If you are not yet certain what is wrong, start with the audit. If the problem is known and localised to a function, a capacity sprint is usually the right shape. If the problem is behavioural and sits with first-line management, the coach series is the shortest route to change. If the symptom is that nobody has time to do anything, the meeting load reset is often the highest-yield starting point because calendar debt compounds quietly.
What a programme does not include
None of these programmes include software procurement, headcount decisions, or implementation of technical changes. We design and, where engaged to, operate the change through the pilot; we do not take over the client's obligations to its employees or vendors. Where a problem genuinely requires a technology purchase, we will say so and help you write the requirement, but we do not sell technology.
How a programme is delivered
Every programme is led by a named senior practitioner and begins with a short kick-off to confirm the unit in scope, the data available and the decision the sponsor expects to make at the end. From there the work follows the published timeline, with a written note each week and a review at the natural mid-point. Programme fees are fixed, which means scope discipline matters to us as much as it does to you: if the scope is not clear enough to fix a fee against, it is not clear enough to start.
We are willing to run a programme on a pilot basis in a single team before extending it. That said, the programmes are designed for organisations large enough to have real coordination overhead; below a certain size the fixed cost stops making sense and we will suggest the audit instead.
